If for any reason you find that the Pictar product does not work for you we will accept Pictar product returns 60 Days from ship date. We only accept returns for products purchased on www.pictarworld.com. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for Pictar products purchased elsewhere. Please send email to email@example.com to get a return shipping address. Please include the following information:
If your product is damaged or defective, please send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your complaint – DO NOT request to “return” a product covered under warranty. You will be required to send the product back to the nearest Pictar warehouse along with the RMA number before a return or exchange can be an issued.
Pictar does not refund the original shipping costs on returned orders. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges or insurance costs. Please return the item to us in its original condition with the original product packaging. We recommend to return the product for refund using a traceable method of shipping.
Upon receipt of your return, our warehouse will inspect the condition of your product. A credit will be processed within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the product at our warehouse. It can only be in the form of a refund to the original credit card used to make the purchase via Paypal.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
