We guarantee the quality of all Pictar products and they are all warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.
You can extend your warranty to five years by signing up for a PictarWorld Warranty account. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage to the product and is extended only to the original end user of the product. Pictar’s liability is limited solely to the retail value of the product.
Pictar does not accept any liability for damage to any other third-party product that may or may not have been used in conjunction with a Pictar product. Pictar is not liable for damages or losses due to improper use of its products.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use.
