We only accept returns for products purchased on www.pictarworld.com. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for Pictar products purchased elsewhere. Please send email to info@pictarworld.com to get a return shipping address. Please include the following information:

• Your order number
• The product(s) being returned
• The reason for the return

Note:

If your product is damaged or defective, please send email toinfo@pictarworld.com with your complaint – DO NOT request to “return” a product covered under warranty.You will be required to send the product back to the nearest Pictar warehouse along with the RMA number before a return or exchange can be an issued. 

Pictar does not refund the original shipping costs on returned orders. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges or insurance costs. Please return the item to us in its original condition with the original product packaging. We recommend to return the product for refund using a traceable method of shipping. 

Upon receipt of your return, our warehouse will inspect the condition of your product. A credit will be processed within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the product at our warehouse. It can only be in the form of a refund to the original credit card used to make the purchase via Paypal.
